Myrtle Beach Area Attorney
Our founding member, R. Scott Joye practiced law from 1996 to 2023. Upon graduating from the University of South Carolina School of Law, Mr. Joye worked as a law clerk for the late Honorable Sydney T. Floyd, assisting Judge Floyd in the administration of his duties. Mr. Joye was admitted to the South Carolina Bar in 1996 and began practicing law as an Assistant Solicitor in the Fourteenth Circuit Solicitor's Office. He was responsible for the prosecution of all types of major criminal cases in the Court of General Sessions. In 1998 Mr. Joye entered private practice in his own firm, R. Scott Joye, P. A.
